Wow, just wow...

I was going to vent my anger about the way that Bank of America does business but I am not sure that they are worse than any other credit card company. The short version is that I had auto-payments set up to pay off a balance and now that the balance has been paid off the payments have not stopped. Today was the fourth time I have called regarding the issue and when I requested that the credit be transfered back to my account electronically since this has been an ongoing problem. I was told that since I do not have a BoA checking account that this was not possible. I was also told that it is imposable to express mail the check. Of course, if a consumer messes up a payment they would be forced to do whatever it takes to get the correct amount there as fast as possible.

Other than dealing with dirty creditors everything is normal.
