The Bullshit Continues!

As you may remember last spring I was forced to take a algebra class under the assumption that taking it would provide a prerequisite for a higher level class. I just found out today that even though I achieved an A in the algebra class I still have to participate in peer study for the higher level class unless I test out. Why did I waste $180 and 4 credit hours just to retake the test?!?!
